Telehealth

Telehealth Intake Assessment (90 minutes) $175.00 - Our first session, we will complete an assessment and develop initial goals you would like to achieve while in therapy.

Telehealth Sessions (60 minutes) $125.00 - I typically use attachment, body focused and neurobiological approaches in my online sessions.

EMDR Telehealth Sessions (90 minutes) $175.00 - I also provide EMDR specific sessions.

Equine Assisted Psychotherapy

Being in the natural environment and working with horses provides a next level approach to developing rhythm and regulation. Horses have so much to teach us about being in our bodies, being in relationship, and being in the present. The equine assisted therapeutic approach adds an equine specialist to the therapeutic team.

Equine Assisted Psychotherapy Intake Assessment (90 minutes) $275.00

Equine Assisted Psychotherapy Session (60 minutes) $200.00

At this time, the only in-person availability is through Equine Assisted Psychotherapy in the Arlington/Stanwood area.

Payment

  • Telehealth Intake Assessment - $175 one time fee

  • Telehealth Session (60 minutes) - $125 per session

  • Telehealth EMDR Session (90 minutes) - $175 per session

  • Equine Assisted Psychotherapy Intake Assessment (90 minutes) - $275 one time fee

  • Equine Assisted Psychotherapy - $200 per session

Payment is due at time of service

24 hour notice for cancellation or reschedule to avoid responsibility for a full session fee.

Insurance

I am currently not contracted with insurance companies, but can provide a claim form for out of network billing. Please contact your insurance to determine if you have out-of-network benefits.
