Telehealth Intake Assessment (90 minutes) $175.00 - Our first session, we will complete a biopsychosocial/spiritual assessment and develop initial goals you would like to achieve while in therapy.

Telehealth Sessions (60 minutes) $125.00 - One of the positive things we learned through the pandemic is we do not physically have to be in the same space to develop rhythm, regulation and relationship.

Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (60 minutes) $200.00 - Being in the natural environment and working with horses provides a next level approach to developing rhythm and regulation. Horses have so much to teach us about being in our bodies, being in relationship, and being in the present. The equine assisted therapeutic approach adds an equine specialist to the therapeutic team.
