Is traditional talk therapy not for you? Do you want to live a life that is naturally unbridled from the constraints of the shoulda, coulda, woulda’s? Do you want to develop a positive relationship with yourself and others?

About

Rhythm is defined as a strong, regular, repeated pattern of movement or sound.  Humans crave rhythm in our daily lives to develop predictability, relationship and regulation.  When we are not in rhythm, we experience chaos, unpredictability and an unsettledness about ourselves.  At Naturally Unbridled Counseling, I strive to assist you in finding your rhythm through understanding how your brain and body respond, and develop ways to bring true healing through neurobiological skill development.

In my own personal practice, when I learned about how important rhythm is in regulating the nervous system, I gained the ability to move through the stress cycle in a healthy non-destructive way.  I did this through felt sense, breath work, meditation, music, movement, animals and nature.

Services

  • Free 15 minute phone consultation

  • Telehealth

  • Equine Assisted Psychotherapy

Telehealth and Equine Assisted Psychotherapy Options

I offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to see if we would be a good fit in the therapeutic relationship.

Telehealth Intake Assessment (90 minutes) $175.00 - Our first session, we will complete a biopsychosocial/spiritual assessment, and develop initial goals you would like to achieve while in therapy.

Telehealth Sessions (60 minutes) $125.00 - One of the positive things we learned through the pandemic is we do not physically have to be in the same space to develop rhythm, regulation and relationship.

Equine Assisted Psychotherapy (60 minutes) $200.00 - Being in the natural environment and working with horses provides a next level approach to developing rhythm and regulation. Horses have so much to teach us about being in our bodies, being in relationship, and being in the present. The equine assisted therapeutic approach adds an equine specialist to the therapeutic team.

At this time, the only in-person availability is through Equine Assisted Psychotherapy in the Arlington/Stanwood area.

  • Telehealth Intake Assessment - $175 one time fee

  • Telehealth Session - $125 per session

  • Equine Assisted Psychotherapy - $200 per session

I am currently not contracted with insurance companies, but can provide a claim form for out of network billing.

Payment is due at time of service

24 hour notice for cancellations or reschedules to avoid responsibility for a full session fee

Providing you with a safe space to heal.
